1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and HackLikeMe Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("HackLikeMe", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our AI-powered DevSecOps CLI tool and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

HackLikeMe provides an AI-powered command-line interface (CLI) tool that includes multiple specialized AI agents for:

• Code generation, review, and assistance
• DevOps automation and infrastructure management
• Security scanning and vulnerability detection
• Project planning and architecture recommendations
• System monitoring and performance analysis

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our Services.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate malicious code, malware, or security exploits for unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services

• Use automated systems to access the Services beyond permitted API limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Use the Services for any illegal or unethical hacking activities

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by HackLikeMe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any code, data, or content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6.3 AI-Generated Output

Code and content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs ("Output") is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any Output before use in production environments.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are not a substitute for professional judgment
• All generated code should be reviewed before deployment
• Security scans may not detect all vulnerabilities
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs

8.3 Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of such third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HACKLIKEME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO HACKLIKEME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HackLikeMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for any fees incurred before termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
